What did you use to make the chik'n salad? as in spices, vegenaise, etc. It looks sooo good.

Thanks! Here's the recipe I followed: [link] I used MorningStar Farms chik'n strips, and Nayonaise, but Vegenaise would be even better!

Yeah, it's made from soy. They're Morningstar Farms Meal Starters "Chick'n" Strips (vegan). They were great in this sandwich (the recipe originally called for tofu). My non-vegan dad liked it, too, so I will definitely be making this again.
