The Chaos Kin’s unfathomable magic allows it to survive even being burned to ash. In this state, only possessing Dark Pit could restore it to its full power.-Chaos Kin (Ash) idol descriptionI've failed deliberately at the end of Chapter 21's air battle before to see what happens, but never at the part where you have to save Pittoo. I really don't feel like playing through the whole thing just to kill myself at the end, but I so wanna know what happens... Then again, it is my favorite chapter, so maybe I will do it sometime. :> The whole Chaos Kin arc is the best part of Uprising!!
Anyway, here's Pittooters falling through the eternal abyss and having his soul be consumed by the Chaos Kin! #justdarkpitthings Compare this to the last time I drew the chaos vortex: Claws of Chaos , about 2 years ago. I was practically a fetus when I drew that!! I used to work so hard on everything back then, but now I just use fancy brushes and layer effects to achieve what I want. I'm lazy
Also, I just realized that there's a smiley face on one of his feathers. That was unintentional lol. Drawing wings is so fun but really time consuming... BUT I REALLY REALLY LOVE BIRDS (AND THEIR WINGS). AND FLYING STUFF. Like whenever I see a bird soaring outside I just gotta drop everything I'm doing and watch it glide around for a little

This is really incredible. Great detailing! I agree, chapter 21 was the best chapter of the whole game. Also, once when my older brother was playing it he failed it, and it was actually really sad... My brother and I were just freaking out at first because we didn't know you could actually fail, but then we started to feel really bad once seeing how it played out.

I love this chapter in Uprising too! I hate to see Pit hurt though, but it's totally in him to want to save Dark Pit. I love your art piece and I think it captures Pitoo in that moment of struggle very well. Nice job!

Wow, where do I start with this?
Firstly, I really love the fact that you focused on Dark Pit in that scene (since mostly I just see art of when Pit gives up his wings to save him). So points for that.
Secondly, I absolutely adore the detail on both Dark Pit and the Chaos Kins' ashes. I mean, that just looks beautiful!
And finally, I only just noticed that one of Pittoos' feathers has a smiley face on it and when I did notice it I couldn't stop laughing for at least five minutes.

I agree, most people just think of Pit saving Pittoo here, but I've always wondered what would happen if you failed to save him. Pit dies, Pittoo dies, the Chaos Kin comes back full force... golly, that's dark O_O

I've never actually seen what happens when you fail to save him (Mostly because I'm too afraid to see either of them get hurt/killed)
But if that's what happens then I promise to never fail on that mission ever!

Oh nee not this Chapter.
Flying section was most fun in the whole game,
but i hated those enemy waves, mostly the game and watch aurums.
And then this scene brought me close to cry.
( I never cried at any game except danganronpa or kingdom hearts)
But yeah, screw the chaos kin, he may
made my favourite chapters, but still don't hurt my angels.XD
( My all time favourite chapter is the chaos ring, because playing as magnus.

Honestly this scene, this chapter, was probably the best part of the entire game for me... aside from the pre-boss-battle rallying cry, the final boss battle, the part in chapter 18 air battle when Pit sees Palutena, the part when Dark Pit comes out of the mirror, etc, etc.... Who am I kidding, I love the whole game. ESPECIALLY LIGHT VS. DARK THAT WAS SO FUN AAHHHHH
