"BTW DO THEY MAKE THIS IN ENGLISH" - is this a question? Well, if so, the movie will come out with english subtitles 2-3 days after the DVD release wich will be next year in spring. And it isn't announced yet to come in U.S. theatres as an english dubbed version.

Because this movie is about Naruto and Sakura falling into a Genjutsu caused by Tobi. This Genjutsu is a paralell universum in wich every Konoha rookie has a coplete other personality. Sasuke for example is the nice guy and Hinata the naughty/angry one.

Well as for Kakashi, he will be less cool and more "heated" just like Gai, speaking of him, he will be probably more like Kakashi. I think they all will be mind-switched with somebody of the konoha rookies, like:
Kakashi <---> Gai
Ino <---> Hinata
Shikamaru <---> Kiba
Choji <---> Shino

i don't think Guy's fits cause it seems like all the characters beside naruto and sakura have opposite personalities..

I see this more has Sasuke tricking Naruto to take away his seat and play his new Casanova role (PlayBoy) in this Movie. Only that explain why Naruto is not sitting and very piss at Sasuke, The Kanji also says something about love rival.
If we take a look at his character design we clearly see this Sasuke personality being more of a pretty boy Sasuke and not a love stick Sasuke. (deeply in love with one girl)
