Finally, Vamiliar! You've probably spotted them drawn in some of my other posts. However, I never gave them a post of their own. It's about time!

The Vamiliar are a white and red furred species with cyan eyes and facial structures that resemble the neanderthals. They live on the ocean floor of The Vapor Sea, where the vapor is thickest. Thus they've adapted to the vapor with special eyes that allows them to detect heat from animals up to a mile. In addition, by rubbing their fur together at a high speed, they can produce electricity and shock their prey. They can also walk on the clouds of The Vapor Sea's seafloor instead of sinking into them like humans (people sink into clouds like quicksand and suffocate/drown) due to their feet being webbed (unlike their hands).

To Avalonians, those who live above God and the Seed Belt, the Vamiliar are called "Vermiliar" as a way of disregarding their species and reducing them to mere vermin. To top it off, the Vamiliar are forced to coexist with fallen humans known as untouchables (mainly criminals who fell from Avalon and their children).

The Vamiliar refer to the humans they coexist with as Skins. Though they don't really coexist well. The Vamiliar live as protectors of The Mothwood Forest and the humans live in deforested areas called The Glades. The humans want to deforest more areas and eat animals but the Vamiliar want to protect the forest and are vegetarians who view eating meat as taboo (except for fish, they love fish).

The leader of the Vamiliar is known as Franmoth. He is one of the oldest remaining Vamiliar in *The Vapor Sea* at the ripe age of 142, and even though he is half as strong now compared to his prime, he still remains the strongest of his species (he calls green tea the secret to his youthfulness and abnormal strength).
