Another story

Story: It's been a couple of days since Loxias and I battled each other. Ever since Loxias told me that he is in a Demon Rebellion, he told me I should come with him to meet with the other Rebels and decide for myself to join them. I was speechless, but I went with him anyway. I needed to know how many the half-demon are there.

It has been an exhausting couple of days as we have been traveling in a swampy area. When we arrive at the destination, I see a metal gate that has series of numbers: 432-21 but the rest of the numbers are faded so I can't read the rest.

Loxias approached the old number pad and entered the codes so fast as if it's like a blur. The gate opened with a loud creaking noise, I covered my ears to soften the noise. When the gate has fully opened, I go inside and marvel the number of half-demons there and the design of the underground.

"Welcome, to the D.R.U." Said Loxias as he smiled.

"D.R.U?" I ask.

"Demon Rebellion Underground." said Loxias, "there everything we need to survive: plenty of food, training grounds, weapons area, etc, etc."

Loxias and I went to the blacksmith and a fight trainer. As I and Loxias went in, there was a girl who is the same age as me: approximately 18 years old.

"LOXIAS!!!" said the girl as she flying kicked at Loxias out of nowhere. But Loxias grabbed her leg and slam her into the ground.

"What the fuck?" as my mind thought of that in surprise way.

"What the hell, Loxias!" said the girl in anger. "YOU avoided our fight last week!"

"Yes, I did. But, there is good reason for it too." said Loxias in calm indifferent tone.

"Yeah? And what's that?" asked the girl.

Loxias was looking at me like he is pointing. The girl looked and met my eyes. "What the... You're new here, right? New to the half-demon thing, huh?" said the girl.

I answered, "Yeah." apprehensively.

"Well, I'm Sage, nice to meet ya. What's your name?" said Sage.

"Ventus, my name is Ventus." I said.

"Ventus?" said Sage. She just laugh and rolling the ground. "Ventus!? Heheheheh! Wh-what kind of name is that!?"

"Now Sage, you have a weird name too." said Loxias backing me up.

"The three of us have a weird names, Loxias." said Sage.

"Are you a half-demon too?" I asked.

Sage show me her hand, each on of her finger tips has an upside down pentagram tattooed on it, or maybe burned in, it's hard to tell. And the back of her hand has a strange, almost holographic rain drop with strange lines inside. "Demon Spell: Tainted Holy Water." said Sage.

"Come again?" I ask.

"You should know about this. The symbol has names, it's our spell. Mine is Demon Spell: White Scarlet Sun." said Loxias as he showed me his hand.

"Oh, I see. Well, mine is Black Sacred Moon." I said as I showed them my hand.

"Oh, another rare half-demon." said Sage.

I tilted my head, confused.

"A rare half-demon is very powerful and not to be messed with. But in this case, we have luck in our side." said Loxias.

"But we have to take him to the Rebel Leaders." said Sage.

" 'Leaders'? Like more than one? Who would that be?" I said.
