Sadly even though I offered a refund I think it was enough to put the buyer off commissioning me again. I feel really bad about it but its unfortunate that I couldn't do anything more.

Sometimes it happens and its not our fault. I had someone complain recently from a package but I had no control over it once its in the hands of the post office.
