Quick mockup of what Pantheon Terminal (part of the elementary OS project) could look like with Gnome 3.10's Client Side Decoration. Double click for a better resolution.
And before you ask, I really don't know where I got the wallpaper off.

More...non-traditional UI which I find to be faster for overall workflow (more keyboard operated elements) and Gtk 3 use over Gtk 2. It's memory consumption is also lower than KWin. And I just like it.
