Akhlut is very old, around five hundred years old chronologically, but biologically she is comparable to a human in their 30s.
As she was orphaned at a young age and spent most her life contained in a lab, Akhlut has nothing but instinctual whims as a predator and a human level intelligence to support her need to hunt them.
Currently living as a serial killer amongst the human's world, unlike human born chimera she can't afford to live a normal life as a citizen,so she keeps to herself and travels a lot despite longing for social interactions possibly because of how her kind naturally live socially.

She can't immediately transform between these forms at will, she must first use the terrestrial form as the in-betweener to morph from humanoid to aquatic, or vice versa, as it possesses the basis for limbs retained in the aquatic form and the humanoid body more easily adapts to its form, but in dire circumstances she can morph through the stages rapidly, though this action drains a lot more of energy and risks making her vulnerable.

The superhuman physical capabilities of her body drains her of energy and fat stores, so after every transformation she eventually needs to replenish that loss by feeding on live prey or other resources.
Human flesh is somehow the most effective at restoring her, but she can substitute it with regular human food as well, though they are not as nutritious.

A lack of food while in her non-human forms are when she is at her most vulnerable, as they exert the most energy and without it she is left a very obvious and large bodied target.

Her favorite hobbies are listening to music.
Her goal in life is to find others of her kind and to hunt the strongest opponents.
Akhlut's favorite food is fish and chips, while her least favorite is vegetables.
