I don't think Ratchet's that short, he's about, hmmmm, maybe just to Optimus' spark? And Optimus is just a few inches shorter then Megatron. I think everyone get's taller and shorter depending on the angle and shot it takes place in. But frag, Arcee is tiny compared to Megatron. XD She doesn't reach up to Optimus' knee so she's pretty tiny.
