I have finally gotten to the last of the Winx Club girls, Bloom. As you can tell, I changed her outfit from blue to red. YES, I'm aware that blue is the hottest fire but come on, lets be honest, no one associates fire with the color blue. But I still kept some blue to her with her pendant on her top being blue, which matches her eyes. Her is red (Orange) like a flame and she has her gold (Yellow) crown, which is also associated with fire. So she has all four colors of a flame together. I really LOVE how she turned out and I had a lot of fun working on her. I modeled her face after Bella Thorne, while still not making her look like one of my OC's, Avery Aubrey Benson. I used Ariel's body from The Little Mermaid III: Ariel's Beginning because it's more healthy looking and looks more like a relatable girl rather than a supermodel. However, since there are no bases for Ariel in that movie, I just had to use a normal base for Ariel and make sure it was more realistic looking. For her face, I used Daria from The Princess and the Frog, the eyes of Belle from Beauty and the Beast, the nose of Ariel, and the lips of Anastasia/Anya. Bloom is a character I have a complicated history with. I used to despise her but now I actually love her. Yes, there are some flaws in the way her character is written, like how she earned her Enchantix and how her family and her entire planet were brought back to life. However, her personality is very endearing, at least in the 4Kids dub, especially thanks to the perfect voice casting of Liza Jacqueline. I still prefer Layla and Musa BY FAR but she's not as bad as I originally thought and is a good character. For her transformation, I kept her blue background. However, I added some fire behind her and in front of her, as well as have The Dragon Fire be there. I even added a little blue flame on the pendant on her top to represent the little bit of blue that is in a flame.
