Also for ko-chan's story of amazingness.This is the villain of the story. She's genetically fucked up. NO, I am not making fun of disabled people--she's my favorite character, and I know some people with genetic defects... okay, im not going into stories.
She needs a name--she's yet to be introduced...

She really has wings attached to her head? The dark outline of her hair makes it look a bit like it's a headband... :/
