I do love the dress as well, but it was not the part I changed (maybe I re.shaped it slightly). On the lady, I added the diadem, one of the roses in her hands and enchanced colours.

Thank you. I wanted the colours to be intense and when I started the photo, I knew I wanted a lot of reds. Everything else was more or less optional. Then I saw the sunset and added the yellow into the mix. And to put some contrast, I chose the blue both in the front (the dress) and the background (the city).

Either way, I am planning on remaking this one. I want to see if I can fix it. I don't like the roses in the front, they don't seem to blend. I'll have to fix that first and then onto the rest.

I confess I don't  know  anything  about  digital  art or manipulation...  I only  can admire the final  outcomes...  and it's excellent!  maybe,  as you say ,  the red rose on the  body of her dont' seem  to blend exactly  ,  like the rest of the work...  I like  very muche the touch  ofcolours  you give to it and the Leaves Flying, they are the thing that fit better with the emotion inspired by  the girl,  and  the surrounding....  very dreamful  the castle on the background,  it fits so well  too!

I'll be definitely trying to update it or make a new version. The colours are my favourite too. 

About digital art and manipulations... honestly, anyone can do it. I'd started out from the very basics and now I am slightly more confident with it, but yes. After you make ten manips, the eleventh will definitely seem more natural, trust me. So, if you want to give it a try, don't hesitate

I do the basic editing / cutting with either photoscape (which is a program, so you have to install it, but it's free) or pixlr.express (which is free and online, so you don't have to install anything, just open it). 

The rest is Photoshop. I have used CS2,3,4,5 and now I am using 6. I can tell you that all of them are great.

I don't understand  all that you're saying (because I 've never see them in practice) but I thank you  very much for explanation... I'll  keep note of it, and search on the web!

Gle ja isto kad radim neki rad imam nešto što želim istaknuti i što me nekako obuzme pa to moram istaknuti sve se mora oko toga vrtiti ono bile to oštre linije , hrpe sitnih detalja, boje, jaki kontrast, blur i takve stvari uvijek nešta vodi glavnu priču nadam se da me razumiješ

Da, naravno da te razumijem. Nekad mi se dogodi da vidim neku fotografiju i naprosto je moram iskoristiti - i sve prilagodjavam njoj. Nije bilo prvi put da sam rovila po stock slikama i rovila i rovila... i nisam nasla ono sto bi pasalo. 

Ipak, dobro je dok imamo inspiracije i dovoljno maste da radimo na necemu. Tek kad to izgubimo....

Da znam i samome mi je tako satima pretrazuješ slike da bi našao neku sitnicu koja će ti pokrenuti maštu i kreativnost

A opet, ima i toliko toga sto prsti energijom, a ne znas kako bi to uhvatio - meni su boje glavne, ali to ipak ne znaci da ne znam cijeliti crno-bijelu umjetnost ili greyscale. Samo mi se vise svidja intenzitet palete.

Da razumijem te , vidiš i sama po mojim slikama da volim da boje vrište a isto tako radim i sa tamnim i svijetlim tonovima ali boje radije

To najvise privuce paznju - nekako daje caroliju. Bez moje izgleda monotono. Ovako je neobicnije i originalnije - zasto bas ta boja ili ton, zasto kombinacija tih boja i slicno - ostavi osobni imprint

Istina. Neki su radovi vise appealing drugima a neki su samo za nas. Nevjerojatno je to koliko razlicitih odgovora dobijes. Bas kao sto si maloprije rekao - napatio si se oko koze, a ja primijetila centar. Svatko vidi drugacije
