Steampunk Spider BracerThis is a collaboration work with Artist Ian Finch Field .
Ian made the Leather-work and i customized a spider sculpture .
The spider is securely attached on the bracer and cant be removed .

I personally really like it.
This piece seems very well made and highly unique compared to other steam punk works I've seen.
The color is also ingenious and very well picked out.
My one problem is that I'm not sure of the exact materials. Since I have no idea if this is made of stuff around the house or you actually got metal part I can't deem if it's fit for daily wear and tear. The reason I say this is because if it can't last two months then it can't handle being rough housed or even fallen on(basiclly it can't survive accidents). I know what I'm about to say is a derp dee der but make sure the materials are strong and reliable. Granted it may look pretty but if the looks are better than the quality then you have a bad problem.
Also tell the team they did a great job and that I hope to see more wonder pieces of art<3

i think this is very cool except the spider looks more like a beetle than a spider to me.. i think it should have a more defined difference between the head and the body, dunno how though... awesome piece, just my thoughts

That's off the Etsy link in the description, has different views of the bracer. Looking at it from ^ that angle gave me chills. Stupid arachnophobia. .__.

ahh, it definitely does seem more spidery and less beetley from that angle. (i don't think beetley is a word....) either way it would make a wicked bracer/

I think this work is absolutely amazing! I love how the spider floats above the bracer. It gives it more life than if it was simply built into the metalwork of the bracer. Excellent piece
