It is quite funny when you realize that there really is a "Air Police" of sorts... except they enforce the law with missiles.

I like your style and I love the gag. I feel like RD should be posed a little more dynamically in the first panel, though. If she's going flat out, her hind legs should be thrown back by the force if nothing else.
