Update 06/17/13: Blurred the furthest buildings, added a few more and new whole lightning.

I was asked to draw Seras Victoria (from Hellsing), being BE and GTS in the center of london. So I have placed her in the Tower Bridge, that is close to the Tower of London, the Hellsing HQ if I remember exactly. In this cloudy dark knight, hundreds of curious passers stay in the middle of the bridge to observe that giant being that look at them with her big brigth red eyes... Also a boat on the Thamesis with people taking photos
