The trick is, I have started with a plane and started subdivide the shapes in there and then I made it ncloth (you have to play with the presets, I think I took T-shirt) and constraint the edges of the entire plane and the center of each knob then you rotate the plane that its facing Y-axis and run a simulation. Its a trial and error thing and I did not work very accurately since it only was a test. But thats the secret.

Its all seperate. I made one planar one and used the bend deformer for the round ones. If this would have been finalized then I would have replaced all of them with proxygeometry cause this is super-ultra-too-much-high-poly.

Im not sure about this scene, but with proxy geometry it would work perfect.
