The D-215 is a "small missile ships" at soviet classification. May be should classified as corvette...Armed by supersonic anti ship cruise missiles with vertical launch. For selfdefence used 76-mm auto cannon

is there a hangar or just a landing pad? looks like there is also a well deck in the back or am i just seeing things? also, is there any air defense systems aside from the 76mm cannon?
it looks like you are using a hot launch system. no offense, but bad move. cold launch is way better ([link] )

I think - only landing pad. But we may add hangar below landing pad (surface of helipad used also as lift)
I was'nt pay attention to airdefence when drew it. Now I think - these two small circles aside cannon may cover Vertical Launching Sysytem for air-defence missile.
About launch system - I too not pay attention at this aspect - my experience into drawing battle-ships were small)))
