It reminds me of an anime aircraft, which used contrarotative propellers though.

looks like a mashup between a beech starship, bf 109, j7w1, and awesomeness

Interesting design for a fighter aircraft, especially for what seems like a WWII-era fighter. I've seen several pictures and designs for similar-looking aircraft that really existed but were never used in combat, but none of them had canards. (much less swept-forward canards) Very intriguing design, my friend!
And this isn't criticism, but ideas for improvement: I think that it would be pretty cool if, instead of a single six-bladed propeller, it was powered by two contra-rotating three-bladed propellers. I'm not sure if this would really be accurate, but I think that the contra-rotating design helps to reduce torque and adds a bit more speed, so with contra-rotating propellers, this plane might be a bit easier to control, as well as a little faster and a more stable gun platform. Also, four 12.7mm MGs and two 20mm cannons is a pretty powerful armament, but I think that a slightly better option would be four 30mm cannons. (like the Messerschmidt Me-262 "Schwalbe") Four 30mm cannons has got to be one of the most devastating gun-armaments on a plane that has ever been used, and adding more firepower is NEVER a bad thing!
