This is a novel design. My only concern about the tail rotors is that they look as though they might chop off the back end of the aircraft if something caused them to tilt too far forward.

One thing... the rear rotor is a pusher, so it should tlit dwonwards to lift.

After rotating rear nacelles into horizontal position we change angle of attack of rotor blades in to opposite or reverse rotor rotation

It's hand-drawn and scanned in, I think. Look at the eraser marks.

Yes, its hand-draw. I used pencil and ball-point pen. After - scanned and put some changes in Adobe Photoshop 8.0 CS (clear, change color etc)
