The 'pretty poilcewomen' they sent to restore order that day never knew what hit her as the sound waves from my horn of hypnos passed around her and through her turning one of Heatherfields fines into my newest 'Trance Marcher'. But it wouldn't my fault she showed up at the shop in which Taranee Cook was located that day... I had just given Taranee new false memories after she two was turned into my 'Trance Marcher'... when two robbers showed up out of the blue looking to gain new items from the local shops that day. When Taranee Cook used her limited power over fire to stop them.... I never meant for that to happen luckily the shopkeeper didn't actually see her do it... but the 'pretty poilcewoman' that entered the shop had some idea of what happened... I couldn't allow her to report it to her superiors back at headquarters... so I had to 'set in' she must never be allowed to tell anyone what she found out! But this policewoman was much different then others who have heard the sound waves of the horn. For every time I let her go she shows up at the shop to try and figure out what happened that day. And every time she gets closer to figuring out the select of the guardians... so this time I decided it would be best to keep HER a select as well and the guardians... this 'pretty poilcewoman' will never break the FULL POWER of the horns spell if the guardians themselves can't! So this time she will remind under it's spell and my control FOREVER just like the guardians... a 'pretty present' for me to have whenever I need it... Complete with uniform...---------

Bacisally anyone who hears the horn of hypnos is be hypnotized by it and they get possessed by the spell it puts them in. They completely obey the user of the horn, until you play the tune to break the spell their isn't a way to break the spell anyother way even if you destory the horn itself. But when you play the tune you destory the horn anyways, but the horn will resurface later in a different location the horn was never really destoried in the series so it is unkown if they would of used it again. But in my opinion it was a successful idea they never used in the comics so they probably would of used it again.

I have always been interested in W.I.T.C.H. the reason I use hypno in it is it is my hobby. I'm not saying I can go out a hypnotized someone like you see in anime or even in W.I.T.C.H. itself that type of hypnosis isn't real. But I do try to hypnotized someone for time to time... my favorite subject is my dearest one. The mother of my two wonderful I haven't been successful in like totally hypnotizing her, but it did lead to some other things... anyways I think that is best left...

I edited this screenshot myself... the original is episode 16 'P is for Protectors' This is the only part of the animated series that we see this policewoman. After Taranee and her boyfriend Nigel stop two robbers the police show up and take all of them in and one of the police was the lady in the image. No name for her is given.
