Critiques should be honest and kind instead of just butt kissing. So since you opened yourself up, I'd like to say a few things that need attention in this piece.
First of all, the anatomy is even and balanced, right proportions and stuff, but her head is a little too tiny for the style you're using. Also, her hand that tucks into her pocket somehow disappears. There's an arm going into a pocket, but then no hand whatsoever.
The lineart is very bright, and does stand out. Unfortunately, this also makes the imperfections show, like how several of the sketchy lines overlap, and the few pink holes in her sleeve where her braid is. Honestly, I feel that it could use a bit more work on your part so it doesn't look just 'thrown on' your piece, which it looks like.
The animation on your name is a little too fast, I'd recommend adding more frames, redrawing it quite a few times. Along with the animation, it makes sense to note that while most of the bubbles follow a pattern, you should spend more attention to making the rest of the bubbles flow smoother. In this case, I really feel that adding more frames and spending a bit more time on it would be nice. Alone, I feel this could stand for a nice pop art piece, but if you want to animate it would be a good idea to look up tutorials.
I don't want this all to be negative, so kudos to you for trying something new, and also looking for critique. I left out my opinions on the colours you've chosen, since you picked them on purpose. Her facial expression is very cute, and it is also clear that you know what you are doing when it comes to drawing clothing folds.

Admittedly, clean lineart wasn't what I was going for. Though, it's not sketchy enough to be clearly a sketch, so that's no good of me. : P Just looks like a weird in between I suppose.
Perfection was reeeeally not the goal here, really. Though, I'll try to be more conscious.
The name animation is meant to look like that, based on something I've seen another artist do. (I find it quite eyecatching, myself). However, yeah, the bubbles could be smoother. If not smoother, then a little slower.

Everything looks sharp as cheddar (like, the sharp kind). I'm really digging the strong use of "cool vs warm colors", makes everything really pop out. The little tint of blue splashed on everything is also very helpful to the piece in this respect. The animated signature is a really nice touch, as well as the moving rainbow gradient bubbles. The bubbles themselves kind of throw off the color scheme in my opinion, but hey, rules are made to be broken, and it certainly doesn't destroy the piece. I think my biggest gripe would be where her hand goes into her hoodie pocket. It looks as though either her hand is very small, or her pocket is a wormhole. Perhaps I'm looking at it wrong, but that's what I see.
All-in-all, great job! Fantastic job on creating an eye-catching color scheme, and of course in making Cassie inhumanely adorable.

the head is slightly too small which makes her shoulders look too wide and just makes her body look silly though we all love the big boobs and the nice hips, just the head needs fixxing and now you can critique my stuff if you wish, now i must add 50 more characters.... or words aperently so i must ask how you are? also your work is cute yet funny at the same time, i liked the alone time one with this character had removed her head and placed it into her lap and boobhatted it, it was adorable yet amusing

Okay so critique where requested so I'ma try an' do that.
Like pretty much all your stuff this is pretty great. Stong line work and appealing color choice. Like has been mentioned the colors give it a pop art feel that I personally like.
The one part that kinda throws me is the shake bit. I get what was being attempted, however the gradient colors kinda akwardly clash against the flat look of the rest of the piece in my opinion. The green of the glass matching the green of the bubbles also kinda causes both elements to blend together, and when all the other elements of the work are so strongly defined it makes what probably should be the focal point of the piece look out of place.
The animation is always a nice touch. I really like how the sig animates as well, it helps to tie everything together.
Anyhow, that's just what I think. Feel free to take it with a grain of salt as my personal skill level ain't all that high when it comes to color theroy.
