Hey there, everyone!
In case you didn't know, I'm doing DeviantArt's Drawtober challenge this year to get some cool badges for my profile because I like collecting stuff. (All of the info can be found here if you wanna join in too!)

-I'm catching up with Drawtober since I got sick again and had to fix the internet connection too lol.

This drawing is depicting one of my original characters, Viper Rabbit, standing in his little pocket dimension.

(Before I start talking about THE LORE- You gotta know what Psy is. It's a silly thing in my dumb stories.)
(You know how all matter is made of atoms in the real world? All fictional matter is made of Psy. Psy is basically imagination and everyone makes some in their mind whenever they imagine anything.)

Viper was created as a helper for a creator in his fictional world. Viper ended up gaining sentience after some funny things happened and hated how his creator treated his creations harshly, so he questioned him. He didn't like the answer "they're just fictional characters, who cares?!" so he decided to steal a weapon the creator was working on, named ASI, which is a scythe that harvests Psy and reacts to the user's Aura. It can use your emotional energy to trigger a super-mode that you them to destroy targets easily, at the cost of damaging the user's body.

ASI was made by the creator to allow him to harvest Psy from his creations easily. If he made a character he didn't like, he could easily harvest their Psy and turn them into something else. ASI was also made in case of another creator breaking into his mind somehow. (He later learns that creators obviously can't break into each other's heads.)

Viper uses the stolen ASI to rebel against his creator, who tries to create a second helper named Siren Rabbit to protect him. Viper's goal was simple: Convince the creator to be more fair, or convince him to leave forever. Siren did protect the creator for a while but Viper eventually won the battle and convinced his creator to not be a homicidal maniac.

Viper later forms an alliance with Siren and his creator to fight a much larger threat, named TRACE, in a story titled Sidelined (which is the story that I'm currently working on).

Nice lore but where's the pocket dimension in all of this?... Simple, Viper doesn't own a personal pocket dimension or anything. He wasn't created to be that powerful, the ASI just allows the user to teleport around by warping them between dimensions or by displacing the user's coordinates in reality. Viper could use this to teleport around.. in his world and to other dimensions.

This is just one of the dimensions that he likes to wander around in. It's an endless graveyard, filled with the tombstones of everyone that "dies" in the creator's fictional world. It was made for the creator's reapers to keep track of which characters they already took care of, but after Viper killed the reapers during the battle against his creator (and later took their role), the dimension became his favorite spot to hang out in. It reminds him of his victory and it's a nice, quiet spot to relax in, away from the craziness going on outside.

One of the tombstones in there has the creator's name on it, since Viper killed him a bunch during their battles, but the creator is basically a god in his own mind and can respawn as he pleases so he ends up coming back.

Who is this creator?.. Cringe alert, the creator is GD, who is basically my lame self-insert. Super creative, I know. XD

Viper was created as a helper for a creator in his fictional world. Viper ended up gaining sentience after some funny things happened and hated how his creator treated his creations harshly, so he questioned him.
