*coughs in tonal correction*
But seriously, there are ways to change the hue of things. Select the area of the part you want to change, copy it to another layer and desaturate it completely. Then, clip an overlay layer with color to it and adjust your hues.
Here's an example of what I did. Not perfect, needs adjustments, but definitely more indigo:
I'm not sure if you already know this, but just FYI since you said it was "meant to be INDIGO" and I dunno. I don't want to come off as offensive, I just thought this could be helpful =u=

That was something I’d done, but like in the example, having a solid blue background with the purple undertones I already had didn’t look right. By the time I had noticed, I wouldve had to gone back and redo ALL the lighting I’d already done on a basically finished image.
(plus the entire background was split into about 13 separate layers, in order to just adjust the entire background I’d have to merge all those layers for something that may not even work. Overall it was just way way way too much work for a picture that looked fine and was already done just not 100% perfect)
Don’t take that the wrong way at all I appreciate trying to help but I finished this a while back and had tried a lot till it got to be more trouble then it’s worth.
