Gliding between the particles of light, Quetzalia manifests as a shuddering visage, making everyone who looks at its menacious hood-embedded eye-marks tremble with reverent fear.

A mixture of elements. It incorporates the iridescent Quetzalcoatl, theΒ MbΓ³i Tu'Δ© of Brazilian folklore (for the misfortune-casting gaze) and obviously the hooded cobra. It is also the thirteenth Zodiac pokemon that i did, bearing the sign of the Serpentarium (or Ophiucus).
