Description
RV was once a normal Pikachu, but his trainer locked him in a shed, chaining him to a metal pole with no food or water. RV finally managed to pull himself free, a part of the chain still remaining on his collar where it had snapped. RV found some knives and attached them into some black gloves, before going after his trainer and tearing him apart, eating him. RV is now a cannibal, coming after Pokémon in the city.
