A piece I worked fairly hard on despite using a lineart by :iconrrath-d8056yx: . I'm really sorry, the watermark somehow ended up getting erased. I don't have any intentions of claiming the lineart as my own work, just the coloring and the background, though I did use a bajillion references off of Google images.

This depicts Cloudpaw, a young RiverClan apprentice with her first catch. She's so happy and innocent here, little does she know that in a few moons, her days as a cheerful, carefree apprentice will be over, a her life goes to mousedung before her eyes...

But that's a story for another time!

I'm reeeaaally happy with how this came out. This was just the product of me messing around in GIMP for a few hours. I'm not great with digital art, so all this is pretty new to me.
