The rain is falling from the sky,I keep on wondering if I should say goodbye
The water like tear drops will never last,
I hope the wetness will wipe away the past
The sky is darkening and the thunder growls,
The weathers so bad it can make anyone scowl
With rain you can stand out and cry your eyes out,
And no one will ever see you pout
I want to hold you, I yearn for your touch,
But I think you're thinking that this is too much
As the days go on the rain fails to seize
All I want is you pretty please
There's no one else I seem to adore,
I know for a fact that I am sure
When the sky is crying tears for me,
In your arms is where I want to be
The rain like teardrops you can save,
I know that I should shut up and be brave
You're obviously going to break my heart
And it's in this rain that we're going to part

It isn't lame; I like it. To be completely honest, it has a quite sufficient amount of potential. However, reading it; some lines have perfect rhythm but the others seem to have too many words stuck in one line.
