I was in a really bad mood and trying to cheer myself up by just doodling something. I liked the result just barely enough to post here. Maybe. Eh, I don't know.I think I'm not a cat person or a dog person; I think I'm both, a cat-and-dog person. We owned both kinds of pets while I was growing up, and they're lovable in their own ways. Dogs need you to be there every second or they freak out, while your cats are just waiting for you to die so they can eat you.

Sorry for the late reply. Cats can be sweet. I just think they tend to be more independent than dogs, generally. Some cats can just chill out for days on end without an owner around, while a dog will freak out.
Of course that cat can be all snuggly and purr-y when he sees you again. I think cats like to be around their people; dogs need to be around their people. Hah, sorry for the ramble.

Sorry for the very late reply (I hadn't been on in forever), but thanks! Yeah, I like to delude myself that the cats we've known and loved love us back, but you can see it in their eyes sometimes. Just a convenient food server and potential tasty meal.
Especially a particular cat, who is insane, if only sometimes, whose name I will not mention. I try to watch for "crazy eyes."
