Never Was!Xemnas concept sketch.

Name: Xemnas/Superior
Occupation: #1.

Lead of the Organization XIII, Never Was Xemnas leads the other Nobodies with an iron fist, perhaps by fear for some and loyalty by others. Often only conversing with Xigbar or Saix, the other members try to leave the Superior be unless summoned to speak with him.

Xemnas seems fare more enveloped in his own ideas and infatuation with that of Kingdom Hearts. He tends to muse thoughts in his head about what went wrong the night the Organization managed to stop Never Was Sora and opened Kingdom Hearts for themselves. Since the incident, he's been known to stand at the top floor of Memory Tower, silently writing journals or staring at the glow in his own thoughts.

Loyal to him is his Right Hand Berserker Saix, who for as long as he's known and worked with Xemnas, doesn't understand the whispers of the dark figure. Whatever he saw upon entering Kingdom Hearts seems to have his mind locked on one goal.
