I typically dislike mange art, since it seems so overdone these days, and most of it is poor work.
this is good though. only try to downsize it a bit and put more contrast into it in photoshop.

Very nice peice, I'm a huge fan of anime (though I couldn't draw it to save my life) love the shading, the pose is great, and you payed excellent attention to detail all the way down to the weave in the string

But from what I can see, it's an awesome drawing. I could see a cool water drop splash happening with a person coming out of it. Very nicely done. Just fix the size and it'll be fine.
