Wanted to make a cartoonosh style villain influenced by Bullet Bill from Mario. He's a manic automaton whose only real desire is to rocket towards a target and explode. I imagine he'd have a creepy, high-pitched voice like Christopher Lloyd as Judge Doom in Who Framed Roger Rabbit when his identity as a toon was revealed at the climax of the film.Related content
