My latest Society of X member, combining a member of the X-Men and Justice Society of America. Whoosh is an amalgam of Angel (Warren Worthington III, Marvel Comics) and The Flash (Jay Garrick, DC Comics). An amateur researcher from an affluent family, Warren Garrick accidentally developed a formula which mutated his body; increasing his physical attributes and causing him to sprout articulated feathers from his back. Finding the feathers gave him the ability to run and fly with incredible speed and maneuverability. Swearing to use his gifts to help others, Warren became The Whoosh. His heroics quickly brought him to the attention of The Society of X.
