I FINALLY finished this adorable, floppy Cheese Sandwich beanie! (He can't actually hold his head up. I pinned his mane to his back for the picture. lol ) I modified and enlarged the beanie pattern to make him tall and skinny, and gave him Pinkie Pie's mane and tail. He's an impressive 27" long from hooftip to hooftip!

He's made of soft micro chenille, lightly stuffed with polyfill and poly pellets in his hooves, and 100% cut, sewn, and embroidered by hand. Cheese here also has his own "lame claim to fame"...I proudly wore him on my shoulder to Saturday's Weird Al Yankovic concert!
