EDIT2: AND THE WINNER IS - ~PKMNBulbasaur !

The decision was hard, the entries were all so good, gaahhh!! TTvTT But I ultimately chose this one for a few reasons:
-~PKMNBulbasaur understood the design very well, even though parts of it on my drawings were a bit obscured.
-I loved how the body style/form was kept, those thick little arms are just dawwwwww~ <3
-The different posing also backs up the understanding of the design, and the art as a whole is just flippin amazing and adorable haha >v<

So there you have it~ Thank you all to those who entered ;v; I will send the icon to you, ~PKMNBulbasaur from my stash. The design is now yours <3 uvu

I'll tell the truth I spent the whole time creating the icon and turned it into a DTA afterwards so it's so scrawly haha TTvTT

Digital and traditional art is accepted. It can not be an icon, but it can be a pixel. If you want you could even write a little bio below the piece, or draw up a comic. >v<
