I finally figured out what his canonical name is: Christmas Wishes Bear. Does no one ever go over these names in their head before they settle on them? I mean, you can't call him Christmas, Wishes is out since there's already a Wish Bear, and you can't just wave to him on the other side of a cloud all "Hey, Bear! How's it going, Bear?" so it'd be like having to call your best friend by their full name every time you refer to them. Screw it, I'm naming him Yule Bear.

Or Jul since I made him Swedish.

... What? Isn't Scandinavia is the first place your mind goes when you think of Christmas? It's a very kid-centric holiday what with Santa Claus/the toys/animated specials, and from what I've read Sweden is always ahead of the game in the fight for children's rights so it'd make since for a Christmas Care Bear to come from there. Well, was always ahead of the game in the fight for children's rights, before they started ██████████████████████████████████ Stockholm Syndrome ██████████████████████████████████████████ "sexual emergencies" ███████████████████████████████ are turning in their longboats right now █████████████████████████████████████████████████████ make a Red Army takeover look like the Asscott opening day scene from My Fair Lady, but I digress. Sweden was still the first country in the world to make it illegal to hit children and seems to give much more consideration to the rights of children than countries like my own where, shamefully, parents can get away with just about everything short of murder.

Most Care Bears are good with kids, but Yule is on a whole other level. I'll bet he could make the saltiest, meanest, most rebellious pigtail-pulling brat in the world fall into line without ever raising his voice or paw, and he spoils good children rotten. He's the type of bear who'd nip down to earth in his cloud sleigh just to sneak Billy cookies and milk bed because he got caught with his hand in the jar or team up with Bedtime Bear to knock the parents out cold so he can take grounded kids on escapades to the Kingdom of Caring.

What's that? "I thought you said he spoils good children rotten?" What's bad about wanting to eat a food you like? As long as the kid's healthy the parent has no right or reason to dictate what or when they eat. Besides, adults make irresponsible dietary choices all the time and I don't see the Secret Fitness Police putting them under house arrest and forcing iceberg lettuce down their throats, kind of hypocritical isn't it? And why are you assuming the grounded kids did something bad? Age doesn't make you a fair or responsible person, some parents are just petty little bitches who get their kicks controlling small, scared beings who're weaker than them.

It's okay, Jul and Klaus beat the scheiss out of those parents.
