Wow, I have had a few friends run across it an show me where it has been posted elsewhere, but I didn't realize it was that widely circulated. This work is under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License which basically means I'm okay with it being published other places as long as it is attributed to me, but obviously this is hard to enforce.
