GREAT!!! I've been looking for the artis who drew this I LOVE your illustration!! I think Gotham by gaslight is one of my favorite or at least most important Batman comics to me, for many reasons when I was a girl I loved an anime/manga from 90s called Steam Detectives (I still love it)....
This some way intoduces me to Batman and of course tto the Joker, because my favorite character here was the archinemesis of the detectives, called Le Bled and also sometimes described as a mix of the Joker, Moriarty and The Phantom of the opera! 
The author of Steam Detectives, Kia Asamiya called himself a huge fan od Batman and Star Wars. And with a Steampunk and very steamy city based on Gotham city but being London in a deep mist produced by the steam of carbon..... and with colors inspired on Mignola, Im sure this comic was crucial for the creation of the creation of this manga!
Now Im wondered about The Man Who Laughs, I saw this 20s movies and it became MY FAVORITE MOVIE ever!!! (before Star Wars original trilogy) and I saw that in the Gotham by gaslight comic Mike Mignola seems to use direct references of Gwynplaine's photos and facts... like the fact that Gwyn have a paralized smile that He only can moves with a lot of pain, and here The Joker still only mentioning him... drank a posion that paralizes his smile!.... Im wondered why you use Gwynplaine as a direct reference for the Joker in this Gotham by Gaslight illustration...

I hope dc dose a movie on gaslight for the DC Universe Animated Original Movies I just hope they get Jason Isaacs as batman and Malcolm McDowell as jack the ripper
