Some of this I feel I was lazy on and could have done better, but I rushed to finish it today. Maybe I'll make some changes later....

Anyways, starting with the actual critique..
I'll start with the background. The background here is peaceful and natural. The shades of Violet,Pink,Peach and blue blend in perfectly and produce this aura like background with a hint of Sunlight fading in as if pro-founding dawn.
The character of the image has been drawn as well colored with neatness and has been drawn perfectly. The stare and expression of the character is what amuses me most. It's the expression of a 14 year old naughty and adorable girl. The clothes are simple yet unique. I like the faint texture on the top. The character holding the rose also adds mass effect and impact to the image.
The feathers floating all around the image also give it some majestic features and make it appeal more to the users and viewers.
Great job as always, keep on doing what your doing.

I love the colors you used for the sky and the feathers are great. I am personally very impressed by the shoes though. I suck at drawing heels, so I can only imagine them from behind. That's just me though XD.
