Critique:
Looks like the colors match the show pretty well(I'm assuming that 'show accuracy' was the goal with dash) so I'm going to pick on other things here just a bit...
First look presented rainbows legs as more... human than pony, particularly around the thigh. In the show the calf(I don't know what it's called on a pony) is actually the larger leg segment.
On the wing it seems like it was drawn in a two-dimensional perspective. You could give it a bit of perspective by thining down the feathers and allowing them to overlap a little.
No complaints on the fore-hooves or hair.
The eyelash is crossed over by rainbows outline, while this is show accurate in some cases it's more prevalent on the 'default' expression, and becomes incorrect once the pony begins to exhibit expressions utilizing the eye-lids or eyebrows. If you would like to see an example of what I mean take a gander at the first few moments of 'Fall Weather Friends'. Applejack has her eyelash over lapped while rainbow dash, the one moving her facial features around, does not.
final bit... using the MLP colored outline on rainbow and the solid black outline on Nyan Cat presents a conflict of style. I would highly, highly suggest giving Nyan Cat a colored outline of some sort. It will help the two characters fit together in the piece better.
