My first try on this meme.In my opinion, the episode "Powerpuff Bluff" is the worst episode of the Powerpuff Girl series, because the Mayor of Townsville stupidly ordered the arrest of the Powerpuff Girls even though his secretary Miss Sara Bellum had bluntly pointed out that those committing crimes as the girls were obvious impostors. In the end, despite the girls clearing their name, the mayor still ordered them rearrested back to prison for breaking out, and he's serious about it.
