That is why an anteater walks on his knuckles. But sometimes anteaters do eat some fruits and vegetables, but the fruit and vegetables have to be pretty mushy like the inside of an avocado, potato, or tomato, because anteaters don’t have any teeth. Anteaters use their long sticky tongues to lick up ants. And an anteater can eat 30,000 ants and termites in a single day.
