This didn't take as long as I thought it would, but after seeing the final result and some honest opinions from my friends, I have decided to upload this. For those of you who don't know, Charleston is an OC created by SodorMatchMaker some years ago. In fact, I like the character so much and seeing other interpretations of him, I decided to make my own interpretation of him. But in my canon, he's sort of like Alfred from Thomas1Edward2Henry3's NWR Origins as that is my favorite interpretation of Alfred. But since I've made Alfred more of a protagonist, I figured this would be the best character as we don't see too many evil tank engines in the fandom or evil steam engines in general. Anyway, hope you guys like using him and I might use him for some other projects I've got in mind.
