I found this strange Sonic rom...

This is a Sega Master System recreation of "Sonic.exe PC Port"'s title screen!
I don't really find Sonic.exe that good or even scary, but the atmosphere of this one game managed to unnerve me, especially the title screen!

IF YOU WISH TO USE THIS IN A SONIC.EXE FANGAME, YOU MAY DO SO, THOUGH YOU MUST ABSOLUTELY:
1. Give credit. make sure it's ABSOLUTELY CLEAR AND VISIBLE in the credits and description
2. Message me on dA or on Discord (Dolan Trumpet#7642) that you've used my title screen in your .exe fangame
