Description
Well, I did say I was going to draw pictures like this and here is the first one. This scene is based on the reunion scene from the 2014 version of TMNT where April meets Splinter for the first time in fifteen years while the turtles are in shock. For this picture, Twilight is of course in April's role, Fluttershy is Splinter, Rarity is Donny and Rainbow is Raphel. The background though is based partly on the turtle's lair from the third movie back in the 90's as I was having trouble remembering what the new lair looked like, and I couldn't find any pictures to help me draw inspiration. Still, I had fun drawing this picture and I am planning on doing more like this.
One final note, this picture was partly inspired by Draft the Filmmaker's Youtube trailer. Check it out. It's cause of that trailer I was inspired to give the ponies the Mare Do Well costume.
