A gift for my friend and sister

I drew her MP100 OC Kali Genevieve Rodriguez in a 90's art style! She always gift me with beautiful comms from various of artists and recently gifted me two early Christmas presents of my OCs Sitara Singh and Raven, so I wanted to return the favor for this Christmas season!

I said I was going to draw Kali with my OC Domenica Tsukikage , but I wanted to draw just Kali in this picture for now! She was fun to draw and color, I'm loving her minty green hair <3

This took me at least two hours because I was trying to figure out things on how to add effects in Clip Studio Paint and was sorta frustrated on what to do, BUT I did my best to make it a retro effect <3 Plus I had seen most artists do retro-style art, so I wanted to take a jab at it!!
