Well, went for a bit of a tiki tour around New Zealand's North Island a couple of years ago and have only just re-discovered the photos I took... Yes, well none has ever accused me of being on the ball!

Anyway, I've decided to share!!

(Oh yeah. I have all these images about four times bigger, it just seemed an absolute was to upload such high-res stuff. However, if you want a bigger print or som'it, just drop me a note . . . not that I think anyone will, but hey!!! Hate for you all to think I was inconsiderate or som'it.

This is another random 'oo that'll make a pretty picture' shoot taken coming off the Desert Road outside of Taupo. It was cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey and all the hilltops had snow on them (remember, I'm a Queensland - snow is som'it we read about in books!) but the lower parts still looked like late autumn. Just for the record, this picture has not been shopped. It was a slightly longer than usual exposure and it came outta the camera that colour. Amazing, huh!?
