No, by some weird reasons reptiles isn't legal in Norway. But there is a rather big subculture holding reptiles, so this pic is taken in the home at one of these people.

All the way in Norway. Thats awesome. I have friends in Germany and the Netherlands that breed Green Tree Pythons, but this is the first i've heard in Norway.
