So, I had the idea of Rikki with a wedding background for a while. With her most likely being fifteen, I recognized she is too young to marry, so she could be a wedding guest, though amusingly she is the same age as the Little Mermaid in the original story, so if I was to do a series of images based on that story, a wedding would be possible. In context, she and our viewpoint character probably found this set-up and recognize that someone is getting married and Rikki made a few jokes about her and the viewpoint character.
