You sat in your hive, playing some music on your piano. You loved practicing, you loved writing your own songs. You wrote songs mostly to show Tavros, you visited him everyday, he was always so happy to see you. You were always there to make sure Vriska didn't hurt him when she came by, and protected him like he was what humans call a brother. Even though, you didn't see him that way, you were deeply flushed for him. The only person that knew that was your moirail (insert trolls name here), they always told you to just go and tell him. You never did though, the only way you could was through song, even then, you couldn't do it. The song you were making now, was a song for Tavros, a love song. You were never gonna sing it to him though, you wouldn't be able to. You finished writing the last few lines, and put away your things. You grabbed anything you needed to take to Tavros' hive, and then left your own. He didn't live very far from you, it was a few minute walk. You liked walking to his hive, the calm air whistling in your ears, the smell of fresh flora, it was delightful. As you looked up to see his hive, you noticed, his lights were off.

"That's...very strange," you thought, he was always home, he rarely ever left. You broke into a sprint, you were deeply worried. As you reached his door you began to knock, no answer, you knocked again, still no answer. You twisted the doorknob to find it was open,

"Tavros?" you called into the darkness, your voice echoed off the walls. You slowly stepped inside, turning on the light behind you. You notice that most of furniture was tossed on the floor, holes in the walls. You could feel yourself shaking now, you were scared.

"Tavros! Are you in here?" you said your voice partly cracking, where could he be? You slowly walked up his wheelchair ramp to the next floor. You turned on the light on the wall, and saw Tavros on the floor. In a puddle of his own tears,

"Tavros!" you said rushing over to him, you helped Tavros sit up and gave him a huge hug, "I was so worried about you."

"i'M FIND ____, yOU DON'T NEED TO WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT ME," he replies, hugging you back.

"Yes I do Tavros," you say pulling from the hug, you smiled at him, "now, what happened?"

He begins telling you about how Vriska broke in and tried to murder him, she kept tossing furniture at him. Angrily punching holes in the walls, screaming at him. She tried to knock him down to the floor, make him obey her. Threatened to rip his arms off, make him even more of a cripple then he already is.

"Why would she do all that?" you ask, whipping the tears from his face.

"sHE DID THAT BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE HER ANYMORE, i'M FLUSHED FOR SOMEONE ELSE," he says,

"Who?" you question, his face lights up.

"tHIS FANTASTIC GIRL I KNOW, sHE COMES TO MY HIVE EVERYDAY AND TAKES CARE OF ME, aLWAYS MAKES SURE THERE'S A SMILE ON MY FACE, hER NAME IS ______, aND THAT'S YOU," he explains, and kisses you on the cheek. Your face goes [b/c], you were both smiling at each other. You couldn't believe he would risk his life telling Vriska off, so that he could love you. Now, you could always be there to protect him, when no one else will, or no one else can.
