still trying to figure out lips and noses

anyone have hints ( I figured out how to do the general look and how to add lipstick with a blur tool but I can't seem to make it look right :/

almost done with the simple coloring on the under-kimono
I plan to try different GIMP affects on it before I color the rest
to try and blend the shading more
does anyone know what tool that is?

yay! I able to create a new eye ! I worked on that eye for 2 and a half hours but man it looks cute
I used some online tutorials and I plan to try and do different lips
I plan to do daily updates on this (maybe not hourly but I will try to update it at least 3 times a day ^^ )

in case your wondering my orginal sketch has all 3 kimono layers but I took them off as I think it might be easier to shade and color this ...
I am really happy how well this turned out
anyway I will work on this soon I am hoping to mess around with GIMP to find an easier way to do the outfit....

this is only the base layerΒ but when done she will have flowers and ribbons in her hair and 4 obi's; she will also have a small ,kimono coat as well so yeah I still have a lot to do
but I do hope to get the base stuff done by next fri XP

I can agree to that. I can do basic coloring but shading and such is a bitch. Plus, backgrounds are awful to color or design.
